I am no stranger to the often competing demands of family, career, relationships, and personal wellness. I have been married for 24 years and am the mother of three active teenagers along with two fuzzy dogs who keep me very busy. I have personal as well as professional experiences that help me relate to the challenges of creating calm and wellness in this choatic world. I understand how it feels to struggle balancing it all.
